Scope of Works Before
Qbit was employed on a boots-on-ground basis, to complete the technical configuration for the new Timezone bowling and arcade sites in Cannington and Rockingham.
The project required high levels of organisation to coincide with TEEG’s project managers and the other contractors. The project also required a level of flexibility, with the requirement for technicians and estimated opening date changing over the course of the project.
This project shows Qbit staff diversity and willingness to expand their skillset to get the work done, with two of Qbit’s technicians having to undertake the assessment for a White Card, was a requirement of entry for both sites due to the scale of renovation.
Results
Qbit is pleased to report that all works were complete within the project schedule and budget, to enable both sites to open ahead of the long Easter weekend. The technicians were praised by TEEG, with Abdul noting:
“Both technicians were brilliant and have been flexible around the changing timelines“
– Abdul Mannan, Technical Projects Manager
