How our IT assessment works
Every business is different, so we don’t run a one-size-fits-all IT audit. When you call, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your business and how you use technology, then match you with the right person.
For most businesses, particularly those running in the cloud without on-site servers, your assessment will be with one of our business development managers. They’ll sit down with you to understand how your team works, what you currently have in place, and where the gaps are in security, reliability and efficiency.
If your environment is more complex, for example you have on-premises servers, a larger network or specific compliance needs, we’ll send one of our technicians to look at your setup in more detail.
Either way, you’ll come away with plain-English findings and practical recommendations, not a sales pitch.
