Systems EngineerNick has been doing IT support for 34 years now and has managed to stay sane. He has worked as a customer-facing support engineer all of his career in medical IT, local government, mining and small/medium business. He enjoys solving IT faults and working with clients to make their work processes more streamlined and effective; with a long history of Microsoft Server administration, network hardware installation, staff training, and repairing computers and printers. In his spare time, he likes to fly Cessna 172s, competition pistol shooting, run away from bees as he tries to harvest the honey from his hives and look after his two boys.
